Welcome! I'm Julia McLachlan, the artist and owner behind Highlight Brows & Beauty, a boutique cosmetic tattoo studio in Mount Lawley, Perth.

I'm an internationally trained, award-winning cosmetic tattoo artist, recently receiving an Honourable Mention for Cosmetic Tattooist of the Year at the 2026 WA Small Business and Beauty Awards (WASSABA).

My approach to cosmetic tattooing is simple: enhancing your natural features rather than changing them. I believe beautiful cosmetic tattooing should complement your face, suit your age and lifestyle, and look just as good without makeup as it does with it.

I understand that having your face tattooed is a big decision. That's why I take the time to listen, discuss your options and carefully design your treatment. Every appointment includes a thorough consultation and pre-draw, so you'll know exactly what to expect before we begin.
